Massage:
The Martyn House has a massage therapist on staff to further enhance your stay here. Anne Studley brings mindfulness to each of her therapy sessions. Reliable and receptive, she works to effect change, offering a holistic approach to healing your body and quieting your mind. The Martyn House massage special is a combination of swedish, aromatherapy, and focused deep tissue if needed. Sessions are $95 an hour / $140 an hour and a half. 
Body Treatments
Herbal Mint Julep Hand Wrap
30 minutes $65.00
Uplifting and relaxing, this treatment stimulates circulation while purifying and toning the skin. A mint oil massage leaves the hands and arms feeling refreshed and renewed.

This exfoliating pine cream treatment gently cleanses the skin. After an application of pine lotion, the feet are wrapped to condition and moisturize dry or damaged skin. This treatment concludes with a light massage of your feet and lower legs.
Meals:
The Martyn House provides candlelight dinners at $80 a couple plus tax and gratuity which includes a complimentary glass of wine with your meal but you are welcome to bring your own bottle of wine or other spirits as well.
Activities:
Biking – Ellijay is the Mt biking capital of Georgia
Hiking – We are home of the Appalachian Trailhead with thousands of miles of trails to explore .
Water-Kayaking, Tubing, Fly fishing- Ellijay has 3 rivers , the Ellijay River and Cartecay River which merge into the Coosawatee River and finally go into Carter lake., White water rafting is also available 40 minutes away on the Ocoee home of the 1996 summer olypmpics .
Agri-tourism – Ellijay is the Apple capitol of Georgia. Celebrating apples with a 2 week festival in October we also have apple alley where numerous orchards have activities and lots of apple goodies! Farmers Market every Saturday. Vineyards in our future!
Antiquing- If you love exploring fun eclectic shops we are just the place for you. Ellijay has several antiques shops located in the downtown square for browsing or buying that special unique item as a remembrance of your stay.
Near by towns: Visit our neighboring town of Blue Ridge home of the North Georgia Scenic Railroad. The town has numerous galleries and restaurants for a leisurely day of shopping. Blue Ridge is also home of the Blue Ridge Community Theater which offers several productions a year.
Photography: Rick offers private photography lessons at $75 and hour. Bring your camera and let Rick not only show you what all those buttons are for but how to shoot better as well.
